Breed restrictions apply.
We use a third-party service, PetScreening, to ensure all applicants understand how to adhere to the property's pet and animal policies, even if you do not have a pet or animal.
All applicants should complete a Pet, No Pet, or Animal Profile.

Our restricted breeds are:
Rottweilers, American Staffordshire Terriers, Pit Bulls, German Shepherds, Doberman Pinschers, Belgian Shepherds, Min Pins, Chows, Akitas, Wolf Hybrids, Dogo Argentinos, Presa Canarios, Cane Corsos, and Tosa Inus.
We reserve the right to meet any pet before they become part of the community, so please ask before bringing any pet home!
